1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between ACGWin (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at https://acgwin.click (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "the Website").

By accessing the Platform — whether through a web browser, mobile application, or any other means — you ("the User", "Member", or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are written in English and are the authoritative version for all Users. ACGWin operates as an English-language platform serving players principally located in Malaysia. Where Malaysian regulatory context is relevant, these Terms incorporate that context accordingly.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform, used to access products, manage balances, and conduct transactions.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or enhanced reward offered by ACGWin subject to separate terms and conditions.
• "Company" — ACGWin, the operator of the Platform accessible at https://acgwin.click.
• "Content" — all text, images, software, data, audio, video, trademarks, logos, and other material available on or through the Platform.
• "Deposit" — a transfer of funds from a User's personal payment method into their Account.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "Platform" — the website at https://acgwin.click and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "Services" — all sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other gambling or entertainment products offered through the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — a monetary stake placed by a User on any event, game, or outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" — a transfer of funds from a User's Account to their personal payment method or bank account.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the Services is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction applies universally across all products offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and all promotional activities. ACGWin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account found to belong to a person under the minimum age.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

Users must ensure that accessing and using the Services is lawful in their jurisdiction. ACGWin offers its Services principally to players based in Malaysia. Users accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or device configurations — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3.4 Accuracy of Registration Information

Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering for an Account. This includes, but is not limited to, legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Any intentional misrepresentation of personal information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of Services, Users must complete the registration process by providing the required information and agreeing to these Terms. Registration implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy and all applicable promotional terms.

4.2 Password and Login Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username and password. ACGWin strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password that is not shared with any other online service. You must notify ACGWin's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

ACGWin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including — but not limited to — at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.4 Account Suspension by User Request

Users may request the temporary suspension or permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending wagers and transactions will be processed in accordance with these Terms prior to closure. Residual balances will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ACGWin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through payment methods registered and verified in the User's own name. Accepted methods include:

• Malaysian e-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant bank transfer via DuitNow and FPX
• Direct bank transfer: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank
• Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit cards)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT)

All Account balances are held and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are applied by ACGWin on MYR transactions.

5.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Thresholds

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on the User's Account tier, chosen payment method, and KYC status.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

ACGWin targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for fully verified Accounts using supported Malaysian payment methods during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required, where unusual account activity is detected, or where payment provider delays occur. ACGWin accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits made from third-party payment accounts — i.e. accounts not registered in the User's own name — will be rejected and returned to source. ACGWin reserves the right to void any winnings generated from funds deposited via a third-party source.

6. Betting Rules & Wagers

6.1 Placement of Bets

Wagers are accepted only once confirmed by the Platform and reflected in the User's transaction history. A bet that has not been confirmed by the system — due to connectivity issues, timeout, or other technical failure — shall be deemed void. Users are advised to verify all bet confirmations prior to the commencement of the relevant event.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and may vary according to sport, event type, competition, and Account tier. ACGWin reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any market at any time, including after a wager has been submitted but prior to confirmation.

6.3 Live and In-Play Betting

ACGWin offers live in-play betting on select sports and competitions, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, and other events. In-play markets are subject to suspension and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided.

6.4 Mix Parlay Bets

Mix Parlay selections must consist of a minimum of three (3) independent selections. Where one or more selections in a Parlay are voided — due to match postponement, cancellation, or other qualifying event — the remaining selections shall continue to stand unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant market rules.

6.5 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event that a wager is accepted as a result of a pricing error, data feed error, or other manifest mistake, ACGWin reserves the right to void such wagers and return stakes to the User's Account. ACGWin's determination of what constitutes a manifest mistake shall be final.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by ACGWin are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Rollover Requirements

Bonus funds are typically subject to a wagering rollover requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds requirements, and validity period for each bonus will be stated clearly in the respective promotion details page. Users are encouraged to read these details in full prior to claiming any offer.

7.3 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available exclusively to first-time registered Users. A User qualifies for a welcome bonus only once, regardless of whether they create a new Account following the closure of a prior Account. Multiple account holders are ineligible for welcome bonuses on secondary accounts.

7.4 Abuse of Promotions

ACGWin actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering across accounts, or placing offsetting bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements. ACGWin reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where promotional abuse is identified.

7.5 Birthday and Loyalty Bonuses

Birthday bonuses are credited to eligible Accounts based on verified date of birth, and amounts are determined by the User's current loyalty tier at the time of credit. Loyalty programme points, tier thresholds, and associated benefits are subject to periodic review and may be adjusted by ACGWin with reasonable notice.

8. Responsible Gambling

ACGWin is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of player protection tools, all of which are accessible via the Responsible Gambling section of the Platform. These include:

• Deposit Limits — Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits — Users may restrict the maximum amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — Notifications alerting Users to the duration of their current session.
• Self-Exclusion — Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a defined period or permanently.
• Reality Checks — Periodic reminders of time spent on the Platform during a session.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:

1. 9.1 Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during Account operation.
2. 9.2 Attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation.
3. 9.3 Using automated scripts, bots, data mining tools, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers, scrape data, or interact with the Platform.
4. 9.4 Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
5. 9.5 Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing discrepancies for financial gain.
6. 9.6 Colluding with other Users to manipulate betting outcomes or game results.
7. 9.7 Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or using the Platform to conceal the origin of any funds.
8. 9.8 Creating or operating multiple Accounts in violation of the single-account policy set out in Section 3.3.
9. 9.9 Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ACGWin staff or other Platform users.
10. 9.10 Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any Content from the Platform without express written consent from ACGWin.

ACGWin reserves the right to take immediate action, including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities, in response to any breach of this section.

10. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to the ACGWin brand name, logo, design elements, software, game interfaces, written copy, and structural layout — is the proprietary property of ACGWin or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, modification, distribution, sublicensing, or public display of any Platform Content without the prior written consent of ACGWin.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ACGWin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• The use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Service.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any Service.
• Loss of funds, winnings, or data resulting from technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game results, or event outcomes displayed on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to a User's Account resulting from the User's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability is not permitted by law, ACGWin's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation. Nothing in these Terms limits ACGWin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by ACGWin

ACGWin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a User has breached any provision of these Terms, or where suspension is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with applicable regulatory obligations.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with applicable betting rules. Verified withdrawable balances will be returned to the User's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance checks. Bonus balances and non-withdrawable promotional credits will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.3 User-Initiated Closure

A User wishing to close their Account voluntarily should contact ACGWin's support team via Live Chat or email. Self-exclusion and cooling-off requests are processed separately and are governed by the responsible gambling tools described in Section 8 and in further detail on the Responsible Gambling page.

13. Privacy & Data

ACGWin's collection, storage, use, and protection of personal data is governed by the ACGWin Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the Platform and accepting these Terms, Users expressly consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

ACGWin implements technical and organisational security measures designed to protect User data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Users retain certain rights in relation to their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including rights of access, correction, and — subject to applicable law — deletion.

14. Amendments

ACGWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ACGWin will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email notification, on-site banner, or other appropriate communication channel. The date on which the current version of these Terms took effect is displayed at the top of the Table of Contents sidebar.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a User does not accept the amended Terms, they should cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between a User and ACGWin in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority, and the parties agree to submit to that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute.

ACGWin makes no representation that the Platform, its Services, or the content thereof is appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions. Users who access the Platform from outside Malaysia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.
